These terms govern your access to and use of Zetomate's website and services. By using the services, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to do so for yourself or your organization.

You must use the services lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and all activity under your account. Paid subscriptions, if any, renew according to the selected billing period unless canceled.

Fees and included usage are shown at purchase. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Zetomate. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and connect third-party data sources.

We work to keep Zetomate reliable, secure, and useful, but services may occasionally be unavailable or change over time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetomate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, or data.

Either party may end use of the services. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or nonpayment, with notice where reasonably practical.
